From July 11, preferred shares of KZ1P00000087 (Real) JSC "Financial Company "REAL-INVEST.kz" will be excluded from the official list of KASE at the initiative of their issuer

/KASE, July 8, 2022/ – By the decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated July 8, 2022, preferred shares of KZ1P00000087 (alternative market of KASE, "shares" sector, REALp) were excluded from the official list of KASE JSC "Financial Company"REAL-INVEST.kz " (Almaty). This decision of the Listing Commission comes into force on July 11, 2022. This decision was made on the basis of the application of JSC "Financial Company "REAL-INVEST.kz" on voluntary delisting of the specified shares from the official list of KASE. These shares have been included in the official list of KASE in the second category since November 9, 2009, since June 1, 2017 they have been in the "shares" sector of the alternative market of the official list of KASE.
