/KASE, July 7, 2022/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are in
the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by
the decision of the sole shareholder dated 23 June 2022, S.K. Yesimkhanov was
removed from the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the amendment, Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy JSC
consists of six members: N.Y. Kazutin, A.Y. Repin, A.K. Kashkinbekov, E.S.
Zharkeshov, R.G. Sadykov, V.D. Ogai
