provided KASE with an audit report on the bank's consolidated financial
statements for 2021.

The audit of the bank's financial statements for 2021 was conducted by KPMG
Audit LLP. According to the auditor's report, the consolidated financial
statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial
position of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC and its subsidiaries as at December
31, 2021, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash
flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with IFRS.
