/KASE, June 28, 2022/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Almaty), whose
securities are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on
June 27, 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the financial statements of the bank for 2021, taking into account
the report of independent auditors;
- dividends on ordinary shares of the bank for 2021 shall not be accrued or
paid;
- the bank's net income for 2021 shall not be distributed and shall be directed
to retained earnings.
