From June 27, common shares KZ1C00001585 (ASLF) of Life insurance company "Freedom Finance Life" will be transferred from "shares" sector of alternative market to "standard" category of main market of KASE official list

/KASE, June 24, 2022/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on June 24, 2022, decided to transfer common shares KZ1C00001585 (ASLF) of Life insurance company "Freedom Finance Life" JSC (Almaty) from the "shares" sector of the alternative market to the "standard" category of the main market of KASE official list. This decision of the Listing Commission shall enter into force on June 27, 2022. In a conclusion of KASE dated June 20, 2022, it was noted that, based on the results of the audit of Life insurance company "Freedom Finance Life" JSC and its specified shares, their compliance with the criteria and requirements established by the Listing Rules for presence of these shares in the "standard" category of KASE official list’s main market was confirmed.
