Nurbank (Kazakhstan) attracts a syndicated loan for $46 mn

/REUTERS, Almaty, October 31, 03/ - Kazakhstani Nurbank signed an agreement on a syndicated loan for amount of $46 mn, the bank informed on Friday. Interest rate on a loan is LIBOR+2.75 percent APR. The term of the loan is 12 month with an option of prolonging it for 1 year. Citigroup London and ING Bank N.V acted as organizers of the loan designated for trade financing purposes - import of equipment and export of grain and mineral resources, a syndicate included 17 banks and investment companies. Initially medium-sized bank planned to attract $30 mn. [2003-10-31]
