/KASE, June 10, 2022/ – ASTEL JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of its sole shareholder dated May 26, 2022.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the separate and consolidated financial statements of the
company for 2021;
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income
for 2021:
- to spend 1,049,619,950 tenge on payment of dividends on ordinary and
preferred shares.
