/KASE, June 6, 2022/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders
dated May 31, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the
company’s Board of Directors:
- removed: Zh. Kairanova – independent director, member of the Board of
Directors, A. Gilimov – member of the Board of Directors;
- appointed: Zh. Alzhanov – member of the Board of Directors, K. Kozhakhmetov –
independent director, member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Life Insurance
Company "Standard Life" consists of six persons: M. Alzhanov, Y. Konurbayev,
T. Li, A. Buranbayev, Zh. Alzhanov, K. Kozhakhmetov.
