/KASE, June 6, 2022/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated May 27, 2022, the following changes
were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- excluded as of June 24, 2022: Andreas Storzel – member of the Board of
Directors, Joaquin Galindo Velez – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected as of June 24, 2022: A. Kashkinbekov – member of the Board of
Directors, R. Sadykov – member of the Board of Directors, V. Ogai – member
of the Board of Directors, Y. Zharkeshov – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy
JSC consists of five people: N. Kazutin, A. Repin, S. Yessimkhanov, Andreas
Storzel, Joaquin Galindo Velez, R. Sadykov, V. Ogai.
