/KASE, June 6, 2022/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 27, 2022, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:
- excluded: R. Zhatkanbay – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: A. Adylkerimov, E. Ivchenko
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Samruk-
Energy JSC consists of five people: S. Yessimkhanov, S. Tyutebayev, A.
Ryskulov, E. Ivchenko, A. Adylkerimov.
