/KASE, June 3, 2022/ – Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of its sole partner dated May 30, 2022:
- to approve the consolidated financial statements of the partnership for 2021;
- to approve the partnership's consolidated interim condensed financial
statements for the first quarter of 2022;
- not to distribute net income and not pay dividends based on the results of
operations for 2021 and the first quarter of 2022.
