/KASE, June 1, 2022/ – "Fincraft" Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on May 30, 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the separate financial statements of the company for 2021, audited
by Grant Thornton LLP;
- to approve the company's consolidated financial statements for 2021, audited
by Grant Thornton LLP;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2021, retain it at disposal of
the company, not to accrue or pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2021.
