/KASE, May 19, 2022/ – Insurance company London-Almaty JSC (Almaty),
whose shares are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 16, 2022.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited annual financial statements for 2021;
- not to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2021 and use net
income for 2021 to capitalize (retain earnings) the company.
