auditor's report on the bank's consolidated financial statement for 2021.

The bank's financial statements for 2021 were audited by KPMG Audit LLP.
According to the auditor's opinion, the consolidated financial statements
present reliably, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position
of Eurasian Bank and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2021, and their
consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended
as of the specified date in accordance with the IFRS.
