/KASE, May 13, 2022/ – Almatytemir (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

on the bonds of "Almatytemir" JSC in full in the amount of KZT7,597,746
(...) tenge and partially redeemed the bonds in the amount of KZT25,325,819
(...) tenge, according to the schedule as of September 14, 2021 and the register
of securities holders as of May 3, 2022, with identification number –
KZ2C0Y17C783 (ISIN KZ2C00001493), in strict accordance with the terms of
issuing these bonds and the requirements of the tax legislation of the Republic
of Kazakhstan.
