/KASE, May 13, 2022/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 28, 2022.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2021;
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the company's net income
for 2021 in the amount of KZT15,046,311,000:
- to distribute KZT2,041,000,000 for the payment of dividends to the sole
shareholder;
- to retain KZT13,005,311,000 at the disposal of the company for the
implementation of large investment projects.
