/KASE, May 4, 2022/ – North Caspian Petroleum (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 25, 2022, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's executive body:
- removed: Liu Wei – general director;
- elected: Yan Xinyou – general director, A. Mashkenov – acting general
director.
