/KASE, May 3, 2022/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 29, 2022,
the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Board of Directors:
- removed: Y. Orynbayev – member of the Board of Directors, Deputy
Chairman of the Board of Directors, D. Kabylbayev – member of the Board of
Directors, independent director, Zh. Azbekov – member of the Board of
Directors, independent director;
- elected: N. Aidossov – member of the Board of Directors, Giovanni Capannelli
– member of the Board of Directors, independent Director, S. Zhamalov –
member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of First Heartland
Jusan Bank JSC consists of five people: Shigeo Katsu, E. Pan, N. Aidossov,
Giovanni Capannelli, S. Zhamalov.
