/KASE, April 25, 2022/ – Tin One Mining (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision
of the Board of Directors dated April 18, 2022, B. Kaniev elected as the
Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Tin One Mining
JSC consists of four people: B. Kaniev, N. Janabekov, Y. Yeszhanov, N. Dovbnya.
