/KASE, April 25, 2022/ – Asker Munai Exploration (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
by a decision of its sole shareholder dated April 19, 2022, the powers of the
Board of Directors of the company in the following composition were extended:
- M. Kuzdibayev – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- N. Smailov – member of the Board of Directors;
- U. Tilenbayev – member of the Board of Directors.
