From April 18, common shares KZ1C00001429 (SKSL) of shareholders of Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" transferred from "shares" sector of alternative market to "standard" category of KASE official list's main market

/KASE, April 15, 2022/ – On April 15, 2022, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to transfer common shares KZ1C00001429 (SKSL) of Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC (Almaty) from the "shares" sector of the alternative market to the "standard" category of KASE official list's main market. This decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect as of April 18, 2022. In the conclusion of KASE dated April 12, 2022, it was noted that, based on the results of the audit of Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC and its specified shares, their compliance with the criteria and requirements established by the Listing Rules for the presence of these shares in the "standard" category of KASE official list's main market was confirmed.
