/KASE, April 13, 2022/ – Shareholders of Life Insurance Company "Standard
Life" JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors
dated April 7, 2022, N. Tolykbaev – deputy Chairman of the Management Board –
was excluded from the Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Shareholders
of Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC consists of three people: Y.
Konurbaev, M. Mokshin, F. Yussupov.
