/KASE, April 4, 2022/ – Tin One Mining (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the sole shareholder dated March 31, 2022, the following changes
were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Seidullaev – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- elected: B. Kaniev – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Tin One Mining
JSC consists of four people: B. Kaniev, N. Janabekov, Y. Yeszhanov, N. Dovbnya.
