/KASE, April 1, 2022/ – Life insurance company "Standard Life" JSC (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of the annual general meeting of its
shareholders held on March 29, 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements for 2021;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2021 and retain it.
