From March 16 preferred shares KZ1P00001341 (ESMCp) of Estate Management Company will be excluded from KASE official list at initiative of their issuer

/KASE, March 15, 2022/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated March 15, 2022, preferred shares KZ1P00001341 (KASE alternative market, "shares" sector, ESMCp) of Estate Management Company JSC (Almaty) are excluded from the KASE official list. This decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect on March 16, 2022. This decision was made on the basis of the application of Estate Management Company JSC on voluntary delisting of the mentioned shares from KASE official list. These shares were included in the second category of KASE official list from November 24, 2016; since June 1, 2017 they have been in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market.
