/KASE, February 24, 2022/ – Samruk-Energy (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 18, 2022, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- removed: B. Akchulakov – Chairman of the Board of Directors, A. Kravchenko
– member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: N. Kazutin – Chairman of the Board of Directors, A. Repin – member
of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy
JSC consists of five people: N. Kazutin, A. Repin, S. Yessimkhanov, Andreas
Storzel, Joaquin Galindo Velez.
