/KASE, January 19, 2022/ – Wholesale and retail trade venture (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated January 12, 2022, the
following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Dyusengaliyev – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: S. Kim – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Wholesale and
retail trade venture JSC consists of three persons: I. Kim, S. Kim, Petranek
Oldrich.
