/KASE, December 30, 2021/ – Fincraft Resources (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated December 24, 2021, the
following persons were elected to the Management Board of the company:
- B. Mukazhanov – Chairman of the Management Board;
- A. Rakhmatulayev – First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- R. Sagitova – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Finance;
- S. Kozhakhmetov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Business
Development;
- B. Oryngaliyev – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
