/KASE, December 22, 2021/ – Marganec Zhairema (Karagandy region), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
"about the sale of shares in the amount of 100 percent of the total number of
its issued shares by Zhairem Mining and Concentrating Complex JSC to KCR
International B.V.".
