/KASE, December 20, 2021/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated October 12, 2021, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:
- removed D. Abdullayev – Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: D. Sarsenova – Chairman of the Management Board, Y. Alimova – member
of the Management Board, G. Yenssebayeva – member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of AltynEx Company JSC
consists of three people: D. Sarsenova, Y. Alimova, G. Yenssebayeva.
