ATFBank OJSC (Kazakhstan) has postponed international bonds issue

/KASE, September 22, 03/ - ATFBank OJSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange CJSC (KASE), has notified KASE about the fact that the announced before debut issue of the bank's international bonds was postponed in accordance with the appeared unfavorable market conditions. According to the bank's information the decision was made after holding of preliminary meetings with a number of investors in Switzerland and Great Britain. The bank intends to discuss the question about international bonds issue again as soon as the situation at the market allows to achieve maximum acceptable terms of the borrowing. According to the bank's information it has "Ва1" rating from the rating agency Moody's Investors Services and "В+" - from Fitch Ratings, total sum of its assets exceeds USD500.0 m. [2003-09-22]
