/KASE, December 6, 2021/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the Board of Directors dated November 22, 2021, M. Sadykova, a
member of the Management Board, was excluded from the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Batys tranzit
JSC consists of two people: D. Mautkanov, K. Kaliyev.
