/KASE, November 16, 2021/ – NAC Kazatomprom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated November 10, 2021,
M. Sharipov was elected a member of the Board of Directors of the company.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of NAC
Kazatomprom JSC consists of eight members: Neil Charles Longfellow, Russell
Francis Banham, Marc William Casher, A. Mamutova, Y. Zhanadil, B.
Akchulakov, N. Nurbaeva, M. Sharipov.
