/KASE, October 29, 2021/ – Shubarkol komir (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on November 30,
2021 at 10:00 o'clock, with the sole issue on the meeting agenda being an issue
of amending a major transaction.
