/KASE, October 5, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that
trades in bonds KZ2C00001493 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", ALTMb1)
of Almatytemir JSC (Almaty) will be resumed on KASE from October 6, 2021.
Trades in the said bonds had been suspended on KASE since September 17, 2021.
Trades in these bonds were resumed due to the receipt by KASE of changes and
additions to the bond issue prospectus registered by the Agency of the Republic
of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on
September 30, 2021. These changes and additions relate to the procedure,
conditions and terms of early redemption of bonds, determining of the situation
of default on bonds, covenants (restrictions) and the list of property pledged
to secure the fulfillment of obligations on bonds.
