/KASE, September 6, 2021/ – North Caspian Petroleum JSC (Atyrau, shares,
KASE official list), has informed KASE about the decisions of its annual general
meeting of shareholders held on August 25, 2021.
The Shareholders, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve financial statements of the company for 2020;
- not to determine the procedure for distribution of the company's net income
for 2020 and not to approve the amount of dividend per one ordinary share of
the company for 2020.
