Bonds KZ2P00006034 (MIATb1) of MetallInvestAtyrau moved from alternative market’s "bonds" category to main market’s "bonds" category of KASE official list from August 19

/KASE, August 19, 2021/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on August 18, 2021 made a decision to transfer bonds KZ2P00006034 (MIATb1; 1,000 tenge, 1.5 billion tenge; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, 7.12% per annum; 30/360) of MetallInvestAtyrau LLP (Atyrau) from the alternative market’s "bonds" category to the main market’s "bonds" category of KASE official list. This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on August 19, 2021. KASE issued an opinion dated August 13, 2021, that according to the results of the inspection of MetallInvestAtyrau LLP and its specified bonds, they meet the criteria and requirements established by the Listing Rules to be listed in KASE official list under the main market’s "bonds" category.
