/KASE, August 12, 2021/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
according to the decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated July 30,
2021 I. Samodelkin shall no longer serve as the company's Management Board
member.
The Management Board of Atameken-Agro JSC now consists of four persons: K.
Islamov, A. Dyusembayev, A. Sadzhitova, A. Serikbayev
