/KASE, August 14, 03/ - KRTH "ZANGAR" OJSC (Almaty), whose shares are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "В" listing category, has informed KASE with the official letter about the fact that on July 3 of 2003 National Bank of Kazakhstan registered the company's third shares issue. According to the presented Certificate about the state registration of securities issue, the third shares issue of KRTH "ZANGAR" OJSC in the volume of KZT225,596,900 consists of 19,159,690 common inscribed and 3,400,000 privileged inscribed shares, which were issued in non-documentary form. The shares issue has been included into the State register of securities under the number А0222-2. At present the second and the third issues of the company are acting. Common shares of both issues acting issues have been assigned NIN KZ1C02220016, privileged - KZ1P02220211.
