/KASE, July 30, 2021/ – International airport of Almaty (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the sole shareholder dated July 26, 2021.
Shareholder, inter alia, took the following decisions:
- to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2020, loss for
2020 – KZT3,685,237,000;
- not to pay dividends for the financial year 2020.
