/KASE, July 21, 2021/ – North Caspian Petroleum (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 15:00 o'clock
on August 25, 2021, with the following agenda:
- approval of the annual financial statements of the company for 2020;
- determining the procedure for distribution of the company's net income for
2020 and the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the company;
- on consideration of shareholders' appeals against actions of the company and
its executives and results of their consideration.
