/KASE, August 7, 03/ - Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan OJSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has informed KASE with the official letter about the fact that on August 6 of 2003 the bank bought 79,500 common inscribed shares (or 33.19% of total number of floated shares) of Company on foreign insurance "Kazakhinstrakh" CJSC (Almaty).
