/KASE, July 9, 2021/ – Housing Construction Savings Bank Otbasy Bank
JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that the Board of Directors on June 9, 2021 decided
to change the composition of the Management Board as follows:
- A. Kozhanbayev resigned – Member of the Management Board;
- M. Azimbekov was elected - Member of the Management Board.
The Management Board of Housing Construction Savings Bank Otbasy Bank
JSC now consists of seven persons: L. Ibragimova, N. Akshanov, I. Kairbekov,
M. Azimbekov, M. Beisembayev, A. Aydarbekova, E. Raspekova.
