Auditing Firm "Russell Bedford A+ Partners" LLP. According to the auditor's
opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the
financial position of Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" as of December 31,
2020, as well as costs incurred, cash flows and changes in the equity for the
period that started on January 1, 2020 and ended on December 31, 2020 in
accordance with the IFRS.
