/KASE, June 15, 2021/ – YURTA Finance & Investment House (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that B. Tumenbayeva – a member of the Board of Directors of the company – was
excluded from the Board of Directors on her own initiative.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of YURTA Finance &
Investment House JSC consists of three people: A. Manaenko, Y. Koshkinbayev,
G. Kasymkanova.
