/KASE, June 11, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that from
June 14, 2021 on KASE trades in bonds KZ2C00001493 (alternative platform of
KASE, category "bonds", ALTMb1) of Almatytemir JSC (Almaty) will be resumed.
Trades in the specified bonds had been suspended on KASE since March 25, 2021.
Trades in these bonds were resumed due to the receipt by KASE of changes and
additions to the bond issue prospectus registered by the Agency of the Republic
of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on June 8, 2021.
These changes and additions relate to the conditions for the sale of pledged
property and the procedure for redemption of bonds.
Central Securities Depository JSC by a letter dated May 24, 2021 announced the
resumption of registration of transactions with these bonds.
