/KASE, June 10, 2021/ – Almatytemir (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on July 9, 2021, at 10:00 o'clock
with the following agenda:
- approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2020;
- approval of the procedure for distribution of the company's net income for the
reporting year 2020 and the amount of dividend per common and preferred
share of the company.
