/KASE, June 8, 2021/ – Insurance company London-Almaty (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 17, 2021.
The shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2020;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2020 and retain
the net income for 2020.
