/KASE, June 4, 2021/ – Marganec Zhairema (Karagandy region), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 25, 2021.
The shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the financial statements of the company for 2020;
- due to the lack of net income of the company in 2020, not to pay dividends on
ordinary shares, not to approve the size of the dividend per ordinary share.
Decisions on a total of four items on the agenda were made at the general
meeting of shareholders.
