/KASE, June 4, 2021/ – "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 26, 2021.
The shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the annual financial statements of the bank for 2020;
- to approve the following procedure for the distribution of the bank's net
income for 2020 in the amount of KZT31,784,083,827.31:
- to retain 100% of net income at the disposal of the bank;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2020.
